How often do the filters need to be changed?
The Just Tap 4 in 1 multi layer filter is engineered to filter up to 32,000 litres of water. Under normal usage conditions, filter replacement is recommended every 12 to 18 months to maintain optimal filtration performance.

Does the hot water unit consume a lot of electricity?
No, the Just Tap boiler and chiller units are designed for efficiency. The boiler consumes 1.5kW and the chiller consumes 1.2kW, ensuring reliable hot and cold water dispensing at a manageable energy consumption level.
