Your order will normally be processed in 1 – 3 business days.*


Shipping Delivery


The following shipping methods are available:

Standard Ground** (5 – 10 business days);

In-House Delivery*** (1 – 2 business days*, only for filter elements delivered within Klang Valley).


*Business days are from Monday to Friday only. There is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items will only be shipped by Standard Ground due to size, weight and delivery address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.


**Orders delivered within Peninsular Malaysia states should arrive in 5 – 10 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Sabah, Sarawak, Brunei and Singapore will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional freight charge.


***Only available for Bacfree filter elements and cartridges. Complimentary free delivery within 30 kilometres radius from Bacfree SS19 showroom. Orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed before 12:00pm on a business day, and should arrive in 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 1 – 2 business days after that. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

What is the “Oversized Shipping” charge?


For some items that are shipped within Malaysia, an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. This is charged on the total quantity ordered.


Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on the product details page and throughout checkout process.


Signature Confirmation


Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. In such cases, the carrier will not hand over the product unless they acquire a signature. The carrier will make three delivery attempts (excluding weekends and public holidays). If there is still no one to sign for the delivery, the product will be returned to the seller.
