Bacfree IC-Series Centralized Filtration System is a multi-medium filter (MMF) which consists of 6 layers of medias – activated carbon, anthracite, quartz sand (fine, medium and coarse) and special stone, acting as a physical and chemical filtration.
The activated carbon does chemical absorption of foul colour, taste, odour and organic chemicals.
Moreover, 50 – 60% of chlorine is removed while remaining sufficient chlorine in the water for disinfection of the pipelines and water tanks.
Lastly, sediments and particulates are filtered to as low as 5 micron by the anthracite and quartz sand.
